Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were patients (1) who were hospitalized due to symptomatic SIH in neurologic department, (2) consulted for epidural blood patch and underwent EBP under fluoroscopy, (3) had positive radioisotope cisternographic finding, and (4) were discharged with significant improvement of symptom.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were (1) incomplete medical records like absence of pre- and post-procedural pain score and initial CSF opening pressure and (2) absence of formal reports of RI cisternography.
