Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among the patients scheduled to undergo thyroidectomy under general anesthesia in Chung-Ang university hospital, seventy eight female patients with at least two PONV risk factors were enrolled in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclution : 65 years BMI >35 ASA > 3 chronic use of NSAIDs or other analgesics pregnancy or breast-feeding
