Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - adult patients who undergo elective surgery using thoracotomy - older than twenty years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patients who have pacemaker - patients who have arrhythmia - patients who have intracardiac shunt or tricuspid regurgitation, Mitral regurgitation - patients who had a hitory of lung resection surgery - emergency surgery - patients that a researcher determined to be inadequate
