Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 40 years old 2. Smoking history - Smoker COPD : More than 10 pack-years - Non-amoker COPD : less than 100 cigarettes during their lifetimes 3. Diagnosis of COPD by GOLD criteria (post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC <0.7) 4. Asian ethnicity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other concomitant respiratory disorders such as asthma, tuberculous destroyed-lung, bronchiectasis, or interstitial lung disease 2. COPD exacerbation within the last month 3. Lung resection surgery or lung volume reduction 4. Lung cancer, known or suspected 5. Uncontrolled cancer 6. History of radiation therapy to chest or breast 7. Inability to use albuterol 8. Pregnant 9. Refuse
