Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: this study is included the patients after informed consent from the guardians of patient who performed surgery under geneneral anesthesia with their age range from 3 to 7 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: expected difficulty airway, history of propofol hypersensitivity, history of bean or peanut hypersensitivity, history of seizure, cardiacapulmonary·renal·hepatic damage, hypovolemia, increased intracranial pressure, low blood pressure, history of midazolam or other benzodiazepine hypersensitivity, coma, acute alcoholic abuse, sleep apnea syndrome, alcohol or drug abuse, acute respirator failure syndrome.
