Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We retrosepctively recruited 1,114 patients who had undergone TRAM operation for breast cnacer and investigated the medical records of them.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Intraoperative temperature change,type of anesthetics or amount of anesthetics are not identified 2)It is unclear wheter postoperative shivering occured or not 3)Combined operation 4)Postoperative complication developed right after the operation, or the patient are tranferred to ICU
