Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1) Patients were histologically verified amyloidosis deposition at least one or more organ Or Patients were reasonable to be diagnosed a cardiac amyloidosis on echocardiography or heart magnetic resonance imaging increasing with immunoglobulin light chain in serum or urine. - Echocardiography results: mean left ventricular wall thickness >12mm and patients who have no other cardiovascular disease such as valve disease or hypertension - Heart magnetic resonance imaging results: Gadolinium delayed enhancement in a wide range of endocardium 2) Patients who were aged 20 years or older 3) Patients who were obtained consent form to participate the research 4) Patients who were written consent form to genetic and biochemical test for research purpose using bone marrow, peripheral blood and tissue obtained for diagnostic purpose
