Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged 20-40 years old with ASA 1 or 2 undergoing elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients below 20 or above 40 years old (2) opioid or other drug that effect on the benzodiazepine within 1 week(3) alcohol or other drug abuse, pscychiatric or neurologic disease (4) abnormal recation with benzodiazepine (5) refuse this study.
