Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive acute ischemic stroke patients admitted whitin 7 days of symptom onset were screened. Among them, we included whose stroke mechanisms were assigned as large artery atherosclerosis and small vessel occlusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not examined non-fasting triglyceride level test.
