Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Based on a multicenter prospective stroke registry database, we identified acute ischemic stroke patients who met the following inclusion criteria; (1) age = 18 years, (2) evidence of acute ischemic stroke on neuroimaging, (3) presented within 4.5 hours of onset, and (4) initial NIHSS score = 5. Patients who had pre-stroke mRS >0, received IVT beyond 4.5 hours of onset

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient without consent were excluded.
