Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 20 years 2. Patients with malignant colorectal obstruction 3. Overt symptom and sign 4. Endoscopic stenting 5. Obtained informed concent and aggrement from patients after adequate explanation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bleeding tendency 2. Uncontrolled systemic disease 3. Pregnant or lactating women 4. Age < 20 years 5. Patients who refuse or who is unable to give informed consent on tissue sampling for the study
