Procedure/Surgery : apply single Recuitment Maneuver, consisting of the application of continuous positive airway pressure (40 cm H2O/40 s) 10 minutes after trendelenburg position

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients (20-75 yr) scheduled for robot-assisted laparoscopic radical Prostatectomy(RALP)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are emergency operations, patients with current pulmonary disease and a known history or clinical evidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on preoperative pulmonary function test or used medication, and hepatic or renal dysfunction.
