Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Definite Crohn's disease : Patients who met at least 2 of 5 criteria (clinical symptom and sign, colonoscopic findings, radiologic findings, gross feature of intestine, and histologic finding) with persisting at least 2 months. Probable Crohn's disease : Patients who do not meet the definite criteria but requiring follow up with possibility of Crohn's disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not meet the criteria of the definite and probable Crohn Disease, including ulcerative colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, intestinal Behcet's disease, and acute infectious colitis. Definite or probable CD patients who refuse to consent participating the cohort study.
