Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Myocardial injury is defined as elevation of Troponin I levels (i.e., =0.7ng/mL) in intial or follow up and these patients will be included this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criterias are age less than 18 years, previous heart disease history (congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, etc), and chronic renal failure.
