Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. chronic kidney disease stage with eGFR < 60 ml/min/1.73m2 or end stage renal disease 2. the patients taking low dose aspirin (325mg or less per day)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant use of H2 receptor blocker, anticoagulant agents or corticosteroids 2. A history of peptic ulcer disease, gastric surgery, chronic liver disease 3. A history of malignancy including stomach
