Inclusion criteria: All aged 50-74 years and residents of Goyang-si was selected from recipients of National Cancer Screening Program(NCSP)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Except for participants who experienced CRC diagnosed, colonoscopy, and colon polypectomy
