Drug : Patients will randomly be assigned to receive either telmisartan or rest. Simultaneously all patients will be evaluated the predisposing factors of hypertensive urgency and will be treated with

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient whose systolic blood pressure is more than 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure is more than 110 mmHg visiting emergency room.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Newely developed pulmonary edema, altered mental status, or neurologic defect. 2. suspected acute coronary syndrome or aortic dissection. 3. Recent history of surgery, acute trauma, body temperature > 38.3 °C, psychotic disorder.
