Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age>18years 2) sessile polyp or lateral spreading tumor sized 1cm over 3) patients agree with written consents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) polyp < 1cm 2) pedunculated polyp 3) a taker of antiplatelet within 5 days 4) a taker of anticoagulant within 5 days 5) patient with coagulopathy 6) patient with hematologic disease 7) patient with immediate bleeding 8) patient who refuses the this study
