Inclusion criteria: Korean women aged 44 to 56 who visits Kangbuk Samsung Total Health Care Center during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who were diagnosed as having severe disease(s), such as cancer, and under treatment accordingly
