Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female college students over the age of 18 with Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Past history of any abdominal surgery or hospitalization due to abdominal pain 2) Organic digestive diseases (Inflammatory bowel disease, lactose malabsorption, celiac disease, obstructive bowel disease, etc.) 3) Severe combined immune deficiency 4) Thyroid disease 5) Current psychologic disease with/without taking psychiatric drugs 6) Regular medication that can affect the bowel (Prokinetics [5-HT and dopamine antagonist], antispasmodics, digestive promoters, antidiarrheals, antibiotics, antihistamines, laxatives, etc.) 7) Smoker
