Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The ones whose age are between 35 and 70 years. 2) The ones who have hypertension (mean SBP over 140 mmHg, and DBP over 90 mHg for 6-hour ABP Holter measure according to JNC7 criteria). 3) The ones who voluntarily participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The ones who have the following diseases; secondary hypertension including renal hypertension, hyper- and hypo-thyroidemia, type 2 diabetes millitus, artrial fibrillation, over moderate valvular diseases) 2) The ones who administer anti-hypertensive agents (beta-blockers, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin blockers) 3) The ones who have abnormalities in CBC or blood chemistry. 4) The ones who are not able to understand and keep the investigators' instructions due to the impaired physical or mental conditions decided by investigators
