Procedure/Surgery : The patient is positioned prone. After sterile preparation of the needle insertion area, the skin is infiltrated with 1% lidocaine and a 22-guaged, 4-inch RF cannula with a 10 mm

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients diagnosed of spinal stenosis presenting chronic lumbosacral radicular pain 2) Aged over 20 years. 3) Patients who agreed to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient refusal 2) Dominant back pain 3) Unable to communicate 4) Pregnancy, Breast feeding 5) Allergic, hypersensitivity to study drugs 6) Procedure failure 7) Heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases 8) Coagulopathies 9) Uncontrolled chronic disorders
