Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients between the ages of 20 and 80 years who have upper gastrointestinal submucosal tumor (size: more than 1cm) origined in 2,3,4 layers on EUS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those who are pregnant or lactating 2. those who have severe cormobidity such as cardiac disease, pulmonary disease, and nephropathy 3. patients with mental illness
