Interventions

Drug : Eradication regimen for three gropus are as follows
1) standard triple therapy group: Pantoprazole 40 mg, amoxicillin 1.0 g, clarithromycin 500 mg bid for 10 days 2) sequential therapy group: Pantoprazole 40 mg, amoxicilliin 1.0 g bid for 5 days follow

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) male/female between 20 and 70 years old 2) agree to participate in this study 3) peptic ulcer disease, marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of stomach, early gastric cancer after endoscopic resection 4) H. pylori positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) previous eradication therapy for H. pylori 2) severe systemic diseases such as hepatopathy, nephropathy, cardiopathy, and respiratopy diseases 3) in pregnant state and/or possibility of pregnancy during the study period 4) researcher's opinion
