Drug : Study group: Tyrosine S (Allergy Therapeutics, UK) for DP and DF, 0.1ml, injection into inguinal lymph node, 3 times with one-month interval Control group: saline injection at same site

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? rhinitis symptoms, more than 3 months ? no medication, recent 2 weeks ? house dust mite positive based on skin prick test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients with chronic hepatitis, autoimmune disease, or immunodeficiency ? patients who take ß-blocker or ACE inhibitor ? pregnant
