Drug : Seventy-two patients undergoing TEP surgery were randomized into the following two groups: Group C, bupivacaine 14mg alone

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) American Society of Anesthesiologist Patient Status I~III 2) 20 ~80 year old 3) Patients undergoing laparoscopic total extra-peritoneal inguinal hernia repair surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) coagulopathy or other bleeding diathesis 2) infection at the injection site for spinal anesthesai 3) history of allergy or hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics 4) age < 20 year old 5) laparoscopic total extra-peritoneal inguinal hernia repair surgery for both sides
