Inclusion criteria: The patients ( 20 - 65 years) for laparoscopic cholecystectomy American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with antiemetics,antihistamine, tranqulizer in 72 hours Allergic history or family history to capsicum plaster
