Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: acute ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke patients within 48 hours and underwent brain MRI or Brain CT within 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute coronary syndrome patients serum creatinin level > 1.4nmol/L or estimated GFR < 60 (for coronary CT angiography) severe side effect of contrast media pregnant women
