Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Admission patients to the department of neurology 1.Acute ischemic stroke on the territory of vertebral artery or posterior inferior cerebellar artery, and 2.exsist with steosis or occlusion of vertebral artery or posterior inferior cerebellar artery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not undergone diffusion MRI within 24 hours from symptom onset 2.Any evidence of cardioembolic stroke 3.Received thrombolysis
