Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study were postmenopausal women with a medical history of low back pain and BMD assessments performed after treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were a history of co-morbidities known to affect bone metabolism, such as cancer, pituitary diseases, thyroid disease, rheumatic disease, renal failure, or adrenal disease; a history of taking medication known to affect bone metabolism; and previous lumbar spine, or femur surgery.
