Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ishcemic stroke patients 2. Aged 65 or older 3. The patient with leg weakness (NIHSS >= 1)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate the study 2. Previous histroy of osteoporosis 3. Previous histroy of gait disturbance 4. TIA, stroke without symptom 5. The patients without leg weakness 6. The patients who do not underwent BMD 7. Decreased consciousness 8. quadriparesis 9. Other musculoskeletal diasease
