Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who visit our institute presenting hematemesis, hematochezia, melena 2. patients who take therapeutic upper endoscopy 3. age older than 18 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who take prokinetics or antispasmodics 2. patients who got gastrectomy 3. patients who do not agree the enrollment 4. pregnant women
