Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Drug refractory atrial fibrillation patients that radiofrequecy catheter ablation will be done ? patients who agree with this study ? older than 20 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients with atrial fibrillation recurrence after radiofrequency catheter ablation ? patients with low left ventricular ejection fraction ? patients with valvular heart diseases ? patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy ? patients with stroke history
