Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer disease, confirmed by CLO test or H. pylori tissue staining. 2)Iatrogenic gastric ulcer patients after endoscopic submucosal resection of tumor, confirmed by CLO test or H. pylori tissue staining. 3) Patients agree with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnancy 2)In patients with severe conditions of heart, lung, blood, endocrine system and malignancy. 3)Patient to refuse to participate in clinical research. 4)Patient with participating in other clinical studies. 5)When tester judge the patient is inappropriate in this study.
