Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients who were controlled by endoscopic hemostasis since August 2005 at our center Consequetive (non-randomized) enrollment of all patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Failed endoscopic hemostasis - Unable to retrieve the endoscopic images taken during hemostasis - Transfered to other hospital
