Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult kidney donor receiving hand assisted laparoscopic donor nephrectomy 2. Patients receving robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy 3. Patients receiving laparoscopic colorectal surgery or laparoscopic gastric surgery 4. Patients aged from 21 to 64 5. Patients of American society of Anesthesiologist physical status 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal preoperative pulmonary function test or other significant previous medical history 2. Obese patients with BMI equal or greater than 30 3. Symptomatic patients with asthma, bronchiectasis, bronchitis 4. current smoker or cessated less than 1 year 5. Patients with other severe cardiovascular or cerebral disorder 6. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental disorder
