Inclusion criteria: surgical patients, aged =60 years, who underwent elective laparoscopy-assisted gastrectomy for gastric cance with preoperative spirometric results

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: : surgical patients whom preoperative spirometry was not performed : Combined operations cases
