Interventions

Behavioral : The forest-walking group walked around a forested area in the suburb of Mokpo for 1 hour. As a control the city-walking group walked around the city of Mokpo for 1 hour.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We enrolled the people aged between 65 and 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded participants with a history of chronic liver disease, chronic renal disease, coronary artery occlusive disease, cerebrovascular disease, dementia, and/or cancer.
