Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : We compared contrast flow patterns in the anterior epidural space using the paramedian interlaminar (P roup)and transforaminal approaches (T group)with fluoroscopic guidance. Stand
ropivacaine and 0.5 ml of 2.5 mg dexamethasone is injected into epidural space.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1> cervical spinal stenosis 2> cervical herniation of intervertebral disc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1> previous cervical spine surgery, 2> other disease affected cervical pain, 3> 4> Coagulopathy, 5> infectious disease, 6> Allergy to drug (contrast, local anesthetics, steroid), 7> systemic steroid user
