Procedure/Surgery : At the time of preanesthesia, T10 thoracic paravertebral block was done using 18 ml of 0.75% ropivacaine combined with IV PCA. Total volume of IV PCA was 100 ml including fentanyl

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients for open nephrectomy with American society of anesthesiology(ASA) class I,II in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of anapjylatic reaction of local anesthetics, patients of recieving the long-time analgegic treatment, BMI > 30 kg/?
