Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heathy, American Society of Anesiologists physical status Classification 1 or 2, women patient undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia who received intravenous patient-controlled analgesia using fentanyl for postoperative pain control

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who have Respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, hepatic ,renal, or Psychological disease 2. Pregnant women, morbid obesity 3, The patient who had nausea and vomiting, or received antiemetics or steroid within 24 hours before surgery 4. The patient who can not communicate about pain assessment, or unable to use PCA 5, Addiction or abuse for opioids or drugs
