Interventions

Drug : The intervention is about bowel preparation agents prescription before colonoscopy. Before colonoscopy, we classified examinee into two groups randomizely. Group A is Picosulfate precription gr

2 L the night before colonoscopy and 2 L the morning on the day of colonoscopy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Colonoscopy examinee aged 20~75. ?Examinee agree with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?age under 20, over 75 ?cognitive disorder, mental retardation ?bowel obstruction ?severe constipation(stool passage less than 3 times per week) ?previous bowel operation ?Ascites ?Heart failure, cardiac disease(ischemic heart disease recent 6 months, coranary heart disease) ?IBD ?Pregnant woman ?Renal disorder (serum creatinine > 3 mg/dl over 6months) ?Electrolyte abnomality ?Refusal for study participatioin
