Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing ACDF surgery with general anesthesia. 2.Patients with ASA class 1.2 3.Patients without neurological disease 4 Patients without lung and heart disease 5 BMI <30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with ocular damage or optic nerve disease 2.Clinically suspected patients with the rise in intracranial pressure. 3.Patients with such as mannitol, barbiturate therapy for intracranial pressure to decrease. 4.Patients with intracranial disease 5.Patients with severe heart or lung disease 6 Patients with BMI 30 or greater.
