Inclusion criteria: 1) patients undertaken colonoscopy, aged between 19 and 60. 2) patients detected diminutive polyps on colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? cormobidity such as cardiovascular disease and renal failure ? psychotics ? colorectal cancer or history of colorectal resection
