Interventions

Drug : Before the induction of spinal anesthesia, patients are injected intramuscularly with glycopyrrolate 0.2 mg (1 ml) or normal saline 1 ml.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients, 60 and older, scheduled for elective surgery under spinal aensthesia are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulopathy, liver disease, renal disease, neuromuscular disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease, prostatic hypertrophy, asthma, chronic lung disease, cardiovascular disease, and hemodynamic unstable patients are excluded.
