Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent colonoscopy at our institution during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 2. Familial adenomatous polyposis, Hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer 3. Inflammatory bowel disease 4. Prior history of previous colorectal resection 5. Coagulopathy (PT INR >1.5, platelet < 80,000/ml) 6. Anticoagulation therapy 7. Patients who can not discontinue antiplatelet agent(except aspirin) for 1 weeks before colonoscopy 8. Other severe diseases and acute disease (such as gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation or obstruction)
