Inclusion criteria: Patients who planned the replacement of descending thoracic aorta and lumbar drainage in asan medical center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma in eyeball 2. Neoplasm in optic nerve 3. Increased ICP due to the neoplasm in intracranial space
