Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: chronic cough patient from 18 to 70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? less than 18 yrs, more than 70 yrs ? current smoker, ex-smoker within 3 months ? underlying lung disease ? Bronchial asthma patients ? postnasal drip patients ? Previously PPI failure patients ? Previously reflux surgery performed patients ? gastrointestinal malignancy or Barrett's esophagus ? Upper airway infection history within 8 weeks ? Currently taking PPI, H2-receptor antagonist, beta-blocker, ARB, steroid, anti-cholinergics
