Procedure/Surgery : The intravenous PCA starts after 15 minutes of surgical incision in control group and the preeptive group received the IV PCA before start of surgical incision

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The children from 36 months to 6year old who are planned to have osteotomy that involves long bone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergic to opioid, NASID, and other allergic history patient who needs postoperve tranfer to intensive care unit of prolonged sedation.
