Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pediatric patient with the age of 3-12, undergoing scheduled surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hypersensitivity reaction with opioids or NSAIDS. patients who are in need of total intravenous anesthesia because of the risk of malignant hyperthermia of EP monitoring during surgery electrolyte imbalance or hypothyroidism. abnormal preoperative ECG finding. patients who are taking the drugs that affect the QT interval (ex. TCA, beta blocker, calcium channel blocker, antiarythmic agents).
